पुस्तकालयों के विकास में अधिनियमों का योगदान

शोधसारांश - भारतीय गणतंत्र में विभिन्न प्रान्तों में पुस्तकालय अधिनियमों को लागू कर पुस्तकालय सेवा को जन जन तक बड़ी सुगमता से पहुंचाया जा रहा है । पुस्तकालय ज्ञान का स्तम्भ है, संस्कृति का भण्डार है, जिसका सदुपयोग हमें वैध नियमों के अनुसार ही करना चाहिये । आधुनिक तकनीकि युग में ई.पुस्तकालय के अस्तित्व ने जन मानस के जीवन में ज्ञान की सरिता प्रवाहित कर दी है। आधुनिक परिपेक्ष्य में डिजिटल पुस्तकालय में काॅपी राइट एक्ट अधिनियमित किया गया है, जिसके द्वारा किसी भी लेखक के ई.कण्टेण्ट की मौलिकता को सुरक्षित रखा जाता है । इस प्रकार यह दृष्टिगत है कि पुस्तकालय अधिनियमों के द्वारा पुस्तकालयों के स्वरूप एवं विकास में परिवर्तन एवं गतिशीलता आ रही है, जिससे ज्ञान के आदान प्रदान में मुख्य भूमिका का निर्वहन करने वाली पुस्तकालयी सेवाओं का संव़र्द्धन हो रहा है ।
