भारत में शिक्षा और भूमंडलीकरण के परिप्रेक्ष्य में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के अनुप्रयोग : एक विश्लेषण

उच्च तकनीकी शोध अनुसंधानों में तो कम्प्यूटर का प्रयोग वैसे भी अनिवार्य बन चुका है। आने वाले समय में उच्च शिक्षा के अन्य क्षेत्रों में भी सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी का प्रयोग गुणवत्ता का पर्याय बन कर उभरेगा। न केवल यह सीखना अनिवार्य होगा कि सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी का प्रयोग उच्च शिक्षा में किस प्रकार किया जाये बल्कि उच्च शिक्षा से सम्बन्धित पाठ्यचर्या को मल्टीमीडियाँ इन्टरएक्टिव लर्निंग मेटेरियल के रूप में विकसित करना भी आवश्यक होगा। आज हॉलाकि इस बात पर काफी कम बल दिया जा रहा है लेकिन यदि ई. टयूटोरियल लगभग सभी विषयों व सभी कक्षाओं में सस्ती एजुकेशनल टेबलेट्स के रूप में छात्रों को यदि विकसित करके नाममात्र लागत पर उपलब्ध करा दिया जाये तो न केवल छात्रों को ज्ञानार्जन करने में भी काफी मदद मिलेगी बल्कि बल्कि उनमें सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के लाभों तथा अनुप्रयोगों के ग्रति जागरूकता भी व्यापक स्तर घर फैलः जायेगी और शिक्षा प्राप्ति के आवश्यक अंग के रूप में कम्प्यूटर भी शीघ्रातिशीघ्र हर घर में पहुँच जायेंगें। जब लोग एक बार कम्प्यूटर की महत्ता को समझ जायेंगें तो कम्प्यूटर को घर-घर में पहुँचने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता है।
